HRworkPlace is a robust, effective and efficient web application developed specifically for the Human Resources Department of an organization which helps in the management of data and information of aspiring applicants and also existing employees of that organization. It is an end to end HR application that is both internal and external facing.

Employee Details

This module tracks major employee’s information; these includes Personal Information, Contact Information, Academic/Professional Information, Official Information, Next of Kin Information etc.

Employee Dependants

Information of the basic dependants of the employee is managed here. Personal data of the dependants are managed.

Leave Management

Each and every leave of absence of the employee is recorded accordingly. Various types of leave (e.g. Annual, Sabbatical, Maternity, Paternity, Casual, Sick, etc.) are accommodated.

Training

Information about each training undergo by every member is managed here. Records such as Course Name, Start and end date, training’s cost and certificate obtained are tracked among others.

Performance Appraisal

Being a very important function of the Human Resource, performance appraisal is recorded in groups: Personal/Professional Attributes, technical abilities, discussions (between appraiser and appraisee) and needs arising from the appraisal process.

Promotion

Information relating to Promotion of employee is recorded in this module. Promotion date, reason for promotion, newly promoted position among others is tracked.

Achievement

Individual employee achievement during his/her course of stay in the Organisation is stored in this module. Information such as Achievement type, date etc. are managed.

Query

Each given Memo (query) is fully tracked here. Query Date, Issued By, Query Notes and subject are recorded among others.

Warnings

Various disciplinary measures taken by the Organisation towards each employee is managed in this module. Information such as warning date, issued by, warning subject, warning notes and Approved by are tracked

Dismissal

Being an important aspect of the human resource function, dismissal Information of any employee is also managed. Dismissal date, reason for dismissal, proposed by, approved by among others are recorded accordingly.

Medical

Another important segment of the suite is the tracking of employee medical records. Employee allergies, blood group, genotype, choice of hospital, personal doctor and phone number are recorded among others.

Loan

The tracking of Loan given to each employee is as important as other functions of the human resource department. Information such as Loaned amount, date given, reason for obtaining loan, repayment limit date, and approved by are managed here.

Payroll

A very important section of the module is the payroll. The module contains both the payroll defaults as well payroll proper. The Payroll Default contains information about the parameters required for the calculation of the payroll proper. Parameters for Feeding, Housing, Medical Transport, Tax, Union Due, Pension and cooperative dues can be tracked and edited accordingly. The Payroll proper calculates the basic salary, all the allowances and deductions, and the Net Salary.

Retirement/Resignation

This is the last module of the suite. It tracks information such as retirement/resignation date; number of years of services, the total gratuity, reason for retirement / resignation and Managing directors comment is managed accordingly.

Reports

Each module of the suite is loaded with highly parameterized reports in both visual and print. Reports are generated in both Summary and Detailed form. Reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat.
